Kimberly Olinger
Community Manager

Kimberly was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico and moved to Oregon when she was 8 years old. She considers Eugene to be her hometown, where she graduated from South Eugene High School. She moved to the Portland area in 1986 to start her family, then attended college and graduated with honors, receiving a degree in Mental Health and Human Services. In 2009, Kimberly decided that the property management field was the best fit for her skill set. She loves to help people, whether they need help finding a new home or just needing an open door and a listening ear. Kimberly considers one of her strongest attributes to be "closing the deal" - she never stops until her job is complete.

When she is not working, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren. With a true servant's heart, she loves meeting new people and helping everyone she meets.
