Shawn is a native Oregonian, and started working in the property management industry in 1999. During that time, he has worked at several properties at different sizes ranging from 54 to 616 units. He has held most on-site roles, including maintenance, leasing, and management. Shawn has experience in day-to-day operations as well as capital projects such as pool re-surfacing, siding replacement, and re-roofing.

In his spare time, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren as well as traveling.
