Brian was born in Portland and grew up in Colville, Washington. This is where he came to love the outdoors, camping, and hiking. In his early adulthood, he moved back to Portland and spent the next few years working in various retail jobs. After marrying his wife, he had the opportunity to begin his maintenance career in the self-storage industry and spent 15 years developing his skills in both commercial and residential maintenance. On the residential side, Brian enjoys interacting with residents and being as helpful as possible.

Brian loves spending his free time enjoying his family, which includes his wife, 3 daughters, and a son. They are his ultimate joy, and he especially enjoys the family vacation they take each year during Christmas time. He enjoys a few hobbies but the main focus of his spare time is family-related including attending sporting events, watching his children participate in color guard and cheerleading, and volunteering with school programs.
