Chelby was born and raised in Albany, Oregon, and recently moved to the Tigard area. She has over 9 years of experience in customer service with a background in food service and restaurant management. She was most recently working at a local financial institution in Albany. Chelby graduated from Linn Benton Community College in 2021. While in college, Chelby's greatest passion was singing. She spent most of her free time in the choir room building relationships with her classmates and practicing for competitions including ICCA - yes, the same competition the movie Pitch Perfect is based on.

In her free time Chelby enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend, exploring the city, napping with her two cats, and spending time with her family. She loves Oregon summers and spending time in the sun.
