Brendan was born and raised in Oregon. At age 18 he began doing maintenance work and has been doing it ever since. He started as a porter, took on a technician role for a while, and was eventually promoted to Supervisor at his latest property. He is now looking forward to resuming the role of a boots-on-the-ground technician. Brendan loves the problem solving part of his job and the satisfaction of a job well done, as well as building a sense of community with residents.

Off the clock, Brendan considers himself the typical homebody. He loves watching movies and TV shows, reading, and doing the occasional home projects that require his handyman expertise. He has a cat named Loki who requires constant attention either playing or assuming his role as a lap cat. Brendan also enjoys going out for drinks, snowboarding, and participating in competitive powerlifting.
