Shantay was raised in the Vancouver/Portland area, and began her career in property management 23 years ago as a leasing professional. She dedicated herself to that role for 15 of those years, became an assistant community manager for 4 years, and quickly worked up to the role of Community Manager that she has today. The largest multifamily property she has overseen was 410 units, the smallest was 242 units, and all of the properties she has worked with have been high-rise and garden-style.

Shantay has had a lifelong passion for property management and takes serious pride in her career and immense knowledge in the field. Her long-term goal is to become a regional manager of multiple properties. One of the many rewards of working in property management is watching her team grow professionally and personally, as well as creating outstanding positive relationships with the on-site residents.
